In Australia – started working with AU and NZ market a year ago. The HQ in Sydney, 2 more offices in Brisbane and Melbourne.

There are currently 65 employees in AU, and about to grow to 120 employees.

Our client has partnered with us to find athlete minded individuals for the following 3 roles:

Account Owner:

Main purpose of the role:

Achieve sales targets and strengthen relationships with customers.

Major areas of responsibility:

Customer Relationships:

  • Maintain and grow customers relationships
  • Develop new business Opportunities and grow customer base
  • Monthly / Quarterly review on key accounts which cover analysis of client performance in the area of TEU and revenue
  • Support the agency strive to continuously improve client satisfaction and overall account performance (i.e. attained, retained, contained and lost). Achieve sales targets and lead the team to achieve their own targets.

Business Development:

  • Achieve Sales targets and KPI
  • Analyze market trends affecting the market, with targeted focus to developed new accounts
  • Ongoing review of account activity to maintain an up to date account profile
  • Assist in the resolution and trouble shoot outstanding accounts
  • Quoting Rates, filing rate requests and addressing customer requirements through trade desk
  • Handling sales enquiries / communication
  • Deliver a positive customer experience at all opportunities to both internal and external stakeholders whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory and liner requirements
  • Work proactively to maximize customer experience
  • Comply with reporting requirements to enable performance tracking

Inside Sales Representative (SME)

Our client is one of the Top 10 Global Shipping Lines, headquartered in Haifa, Israel. They re-entered the Australian market in October 2020.

They continues to truly set itself apart as an independent carrier with a fresh, unique approach, and focus on the needs of their customers, leading to phenomenal growth and presence in the Australian market.

To keep the momentum going,  our client is in search for an Inside Sales Representative, to be based in Sydney NSW or Melbourne, VIC. Reporting to the National Business Development Manager you will see yourself working closely with them and their team, growing the Small to Medium Enterprise customers.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, target, and drive Export opportunities with new and existing SME Customers based on Country/Trade direction
  • Maintain and grow new and existing customer relationships, keeping yourself on top of market trends
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation through to contract generation and performance tracking
  • Plan and execute +20 tele sales calls per week over the phone and/or via video media
  • Provide accurate account forecasting
  • Maintain in-house CRM, ensuring sales activity, customer details and contacts are up to date
  • Promote new services and solutions
  • Work closely with colleagues across all departments to provide a high level of customer service

Inside Sales Coordinator

Main purpose of the role:

Responsible for achieving sales goals and maintaining positive customer relations by providing full support to the team and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Admin:

  • Identity opportunities to build and develop business or customer relationships
  • Sales Administration, including
    1. Inside Sales
    2. Quoting Rates
    3. Filing Rate Requests and Customer requirements through trade desk
    4. Handling sales enquiries / communication

Support the Business Development Manager generate required reports and sales information.

Account Management & customer relationships:

  • Maintain and grow customers relationship
  • Support the agency strive to continuously improve client satisfaction and overall account performance (i.e. attained, retained, contained and lost)
  • Deliver a positive customer experience at all opportunities to both internal and external stakeholders whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory and liner requirements
  • Analyze market trends affecting the market, with targeted focus to developed new accounts
  • Ongoing review of account activity to maintain an up to date account profile
  • Assist in the resolution and trouble shoot outstanding accounts
  • Generate accurate documentation with minimal error rate, in compliance with company policies
