Our client has created a simple, cost-effective and environmentally-friendly way to clean your tools and equipment. The innovative system captures and filters the cement slurry, leaving visibly clear water to drain within the designated washout areas or be recycled on the job. When dry enough, just dispose of the hardened waste, along with the biodegradable filter into the work site skip at the end of the day. Way too easy!

Area of Focus: Building and Construction

What’s the role?

  • Sell the product to builders & tradies across NSW
  • Build relationships with small to large builders and re-sellers.
  • Control the sales process from prospecting, organising meetings, pitching to ultimately closing sales.
  • Work closely with the founder and team in Melbourne working on strategies, tactics and presentations which are going to market.
  • Open up new business opportunities and represent the brand in a professional manner.
  • Keep all CRM (Hubspot) notes and activities up to date.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Who are you? 

  • A driven, hungry and motivated salesperson who loves winning.
  • Ideally you have experience in or understand the building and construction industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills, confident and able to present to multiple business decision makers.
  • You are able to work autonomously and are self motivated.
  • You have a strong understanding of the sales process and know how to build relationships.
  • High level of empathy and EQ.
  • Hard working, competitive and not afraid of sales targets.
  • You love being a part of something new and are ambitious to make it big!
  • Ideally you have used Hubspot before, but not essential.
  • You have a strong understanding of how to generate leads through various online/offline channels like LinkedIn.
  • You are resilient and can handle rejection.
