About the Role
To assist in achieving their strategic objectives, we are looking to build out our highly committed and professional Sales Team. We are seeking a highly experienced, self-motivated Business Development Manager with good technical knowledge and sales experience across CRM Technology, SaaS in General & Web Technology. You will build strategic relationships with executives and key business leaders to promote their solutions.
The role is responsible for delivering tailored options to meet their clients needs. Your typical week will be varied, with in-person client meetings, lead follow-up, account management and new business development. You will also participate in weekly in-house sales and project meetings, while also liaising with fellow team members to ensure excellent service delivery.
You will be a successful stakeholder manager and effective negotiator, and will exhibit a high level of professionalism and a passion for providing the highest level of customer service. You will work effectively both in autonomous and collaborative environments, while positively contributing overall to our workplace culture. You will have demonstrated experience in advising clients on the most effective SaaS & Digital solutions, and will be familiar with managing a pipeline, CRM and self-generating leads.
Selling across a diverse suite of existing & custom solutions, your consultative, solution-orientated approach to delivering tailored and optimal solutions to meet their client requirements will be highly valued. Our client is also an Advanced HubSpot Implementation Partner & HubSpot will be an integral part of your day to day.
Your computer proficiency and commitment to ongoing solution sales training will contribute to your overall success in this role.
Your performance will be measured based on achieving set KPIs and sales targets, and the acquisition of new clients. Key to your success will be your ability to concurrently close and manage multiple opportunities.
