About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join them as they expand their Talent Solutions business across the globe. You will be guided and supported by the team, predominantly based in Australia, and help them expand into new businesses and help with the delivery for current clients. You will mostly work onsite with customers and in their offices, with potential travel to client interstate offices. You can tap into their supportive, inclusive culture and get to know the team based in Australia and around the globe.

Requirements:

  • You will be the primary point of contact for their clients. You will work with the client to develop strong relationships and client commitment.

  • Develop and maintain rapport with customers and currency of knowledge of their business and any internal changes.

  • Drive new business relationships.

  • Troubleshooting to resolve problems or obstacles.

  • Work with and manage MSP Downstream suppliers to ensure all client positions are filled in a timely manner and within the established pricing framework.

  • Provide responsive and professional service to client users in requesting, selecting, and managing consultants

  • Resource planning for upcoming work peaks. Assist clients to manage existing workforce resources to effectively complete work.

  • You will interact with the client remotely, face to face, and over the phone independently

  • Establish relationships and communicate with key stakeholder sponsors and Hiring Managers, to ensure program expectations are delivered.

  • Manage Supplier performance metrics including: order response rate, resume submittals, hit rate, contractor performance satisfaction, and. Attrition rates.

  • Ensure each supplier effectively coaches and counsels their contractors to ensure quality performance and job satisfaction

  • Screen suitability of candidates submitted by suppliers

  • Ensure compliance of candidates in line with legal · Time to Fill SLA · Fill Ratio SLA · Retention · Customer Satisfaction requirements e.g. visa’s.

  • Ensure suppliers take sequential selection process (i.e., submittal, interview, drug and background screens, and onboarding) in a responsive and timely manner

  • Keep up to date with all internal changes in processes; policies and procedures; pricing and statutory costs

Your background

  • Knowledge working within MSP, VMS or other client technology tools with strong understanding of consultant reporting.

  • Experience managing external vendor relationships and/or prior sales experience.

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills; should have the ability to communicate with all levels of employees within the client or an associate vendor.

  • Self-starter with the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and deadlines with the ability to work independently and cross functionally to achieve business objectives.

  • Ability to professionally negotiate rates and other terms as required.

  • Ability to effectively develop good relationships with associate vendors, customers, employees, and managers.

  • Exposure to contingent workforce classifications and Independent Contractor compliance requirements will be favourable.
