The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 – 4 years’ prior industry related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented

· Explore and discover bids and tenders across sites such as government and the private sector.

· Support the application of bids and tenders across government and private sites.

· Maintain accurate records.

Business Development & Corporate Mobility

  • Developing plans for streamlining the corporate mobility process.
  • Assist in the development and preparation of the organisation’s Corporate Mobility process strategy and general business planning.

· Support the preparation of presentation offering for Mobility as a Service and Corporate mobility to potential prospects.

· Successfully scan for and obtain business development opportunities in Corporate Mobility.

· Support the preparation and submission of proposals for consultancy services.

· Navigate and build pipeline opportunities and contacts in the Customer Relationship Management system.

  • Interact and co-operate with all members of the organisation and its suppliers, partners, and customers.
  • Project manage an customer opportunity from the collation of data, surveying, analysis all the way through to solution.
  • You are responsible for your allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed by the Director of Mobility as a Service.
  • From time to time, you may be expected to be part of special projects as are reasonably required of your job role.

Salary range is $100-150k base + comms (dependant on your experience and capabilities)
