Our Client is a leading outsourced HR provider for small to medium businesses.

Position purpose To support the greater Business Development team’s success by owning
and delivering allocated accountabilities. Further, contributing to our client’s culture by demonstrating commitment to their values and

Key accountabilities

• Achieve a minimum of 21 deals each quarter
• Achieve a minimum of $450,000 in value each quarter
• WHS conversion benchmark of 1 in 4
• Quarterly conversion of 1 in 5
• Quarterly combined deal rate of at least 35%
• At least 5 referral deals per quarter

About you:

  • Ideally have at least 1 year experience in b2b sales
  • You love chasing new business and closing deals
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • You’re a go getter, competitive and very disciplined
  • You’re driven and motivated to succeed
  • You have a consultative sales approach and understand how to ask the right questions

Salary: $80k + comms ($260k OTE)
