Role Responsibility

  • Achieve sales targets
  • Follow up Leads and Build Future Leads Pipe line
  • Achieve and exceed key performance indicators relating to sales volume, order volume and customer experience ratings
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintain and grow a customer base

Desired Experience:

  • Previous experience with converting in bound sales leads and delivering a high level of customer service- **Experience and/or knowledge within the Gym & Fitness Industry – Highly Regarded
  • Have the ability and dedication to hunt for new business, maintaining and developing a pipeline of leads
  • A track record of achieving sales targets and KPI’s
  • A passion for health and fitness with an understanding of Gym and Fitness Equipment.
  • A can-do attitude, hardworking approach and ability to make things happen working on their own initiative.
  • Ability to give outstanding customer service.
  • Enthusiasm, and a commitment to giving their very best every day to serve their customers.
  • Ability to prioritise work in a fast-changing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills with MS office competency
  • A target oriented mindset
  • A good sense of humour
  • To be a confident negotiator & comfortable dealing with objections
  • Experience using CRMs (Monday.com & Oracle Netsuite experience advantageous)

 

Key Tasks:

  • Follow up customer enquiries, provide guidance on product selection and deliver exceptional customer service to achieve sales
  • Identify new business opportunities using your imagination to secure sales
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and a regular customer contact cycle
  • Deal with customer queries in person and by phone/email/web
  • Create quotations and follow up to complete sale process
  • After sales support to ensure customers are delighted with our service

We are offering a full time position with a competitive salary package including superannuation and bonus for on target performance
