Salary: Market rate base salary + very competitive commission structure

As we continue our rapid growth journey, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:

    • Drive business growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new clients within the financial services sector and other industries.
    • Leverage your existing network at the mid-enterprise level to generate leads and build strong client relationships.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Client Engagement:

    • Understand client needs and challenges to propose tailored data and AI consulting solutions.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations that drive business value.
    • Collaborate with the consulting team to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
  • Market Understanding:

    • Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in technology, data, and AI.
    • Continuously explore new business opportunities within the core market of financial services and beyond.
    • Provide market feedback to the leadership team to refine service offerings and strategy.
  • Autonomous Work Ethic:

    • Work independently to manage your sales pipeline and achieve set targets.
    • Demonstrate a growth mindset and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Business Development or Sales role within the technology consulting industry, preferably with a focus on data and AI solutions.
  • Strong understanding of technology consulting, data strategies, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Established network at the mid-enterprise level, particularly within the financial services sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A growth mindset with a high level of curiosity, drive, and motivation.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.
