What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Chase Opportunities: Actively identify, pursue, and convert new business leads into lasting partnerships, using creative strategies to build a solid pipeline of opportunities.
  • Understand Client Needs: Engage with prospective clients to uncover their staffing challenges and deliver bespoke recruitment solutions tailored to their business.
  • Seal the Deal: Confidently handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals that deliver value to both the client and the business.
  • Drive Growth: Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless client handover and foster long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
  • Strategize for Success: Contribute to the development and execution of innovative sales and marketing strategies that fuel business growth.

  • Proven experience in business development or sales – recruitment experience is a bonus but not essential.
  • A natural relationship builder with the ability to gain trust and establish yourself as a go-to expert.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and results-driven, with an unstoppable drive to exceed targets.
  • Strong negotiator with experience handling contracts and closing deals.
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives both independently and in a team setting.
