Our client is a leading digital marketing consultancy focused on helping small-medium businesses grow in their local area. 
 
Candidate Profile – Skills, Knowledge & Experience
• A hunter mentality and a ‘no fear’ approach to prospecting and cold calling
• Experience or a good understanding of consultative and outcome based selling (experience using the Challenger sales methodology would be advantageous)
• Face to face new business acquisition / sales experience with a proven track record of success
• Some exposure to or previous experience in digital media/advertising sales (not essential as we provide training)
• Previous experience working with SMB's/Affiliates or equivalent
• An understanding of sales related technology & business process/systems
• Basic knowledge or understanding of Google AdWords (i.e. able to articulate what it is/how it works) • Good problem solving ability through to resolution
• Personal integrity, confidence and initiative
• Excellent relationship and rapport building skills at all levels
• A good listener, with high attention to detail & ability to multi-task
• A team player
• High level of personal integrity and initiative
• Awesome communication and presentation skills
• Flexible and adaptable self-starter comfortable working in a fast paced environment
