About the Role:
We are seeking a HubSpot Onboarding Specialist to lead and deliver onboarding projects. This role is responsible for ensuring new HubSpot customers experience a seamless, strategic, and results-driven onboarding journey aligned with best practices and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality HubSpot onboarding for new customers assigned via HubSpot

Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding clients, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery

Provide consultative guidance on CRM setup, automation, data structure, reporting, and HubSpot implementation

Manage multiple onboarding projects concurrently, following defined scopes and timelines

Collaborate closely with the internal team and HubSpot Partner Success Managers to report on progress and outcomes

Identify opportunities to add value to client projects and suggest additional solutions where applicable
Requirements:

2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot (Professional/Enterprise level)

Strong knowledge across HubSpot Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS)

HubSpot Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Inbound, HubSpot Marketing Software, Sales Software, etc.)

Proven experience managing onboarding or CRM implementation projects

Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills

Ability to translate technical requirements into business solutions
Bonus Skills:

Experience working within or delivering under the HubSpot PSO framework

Familiarity with other CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus

Agency experience or experience working with multiple clients
