Job Overview: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving growth by leveraging our existing customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively engage with a database of over 600 businesses, most of which have previously purchased from us, with the aim of encouraging them to make repeat purchases or upsell into additional services. This position is phone-based and presents a unique opportunity to join a high-growth company with a clear path for career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement: Contact and engage with businesses from our existing database through outbound calls to understand their current needs and challenges.

  2. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our software and hardware solutions to existing customers, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings.

  3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our comprehensive range of business communication solutions and stay updated on industry trends.

  4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.

  5. Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets, contributing to the company's growth and revenue objectives.

  6. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales data in our CRM system.

  7. Career Progression: Over the course of 12 months, you will have the opportunity to progress into a Business Development Manager role, taking on full 360-degree sales responsibility and leading a team.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to empathize with customer needs.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of business communication hardware and software solutions.

  • Resilience and the ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.

  • Goal-oriented and driven to succeed in a target-driven environment.

  • Time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of calls and follow-ups.

  • Adaptability to industry changes and evolving product lines.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
