We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and revenue for our recruitment agency by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients within the digital / creative space. Role is fully remote. That's right, work from anywhere within Australia.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business and increase revenue. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling. • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions. • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. • Collaborate with recruitment consultants to ensure successful placement of candidates. • Attend networking events and industry conferences to promote our recruitment services and expand our client base. • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity. • Manage and report on sales activities and results.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment business development within tech sector . • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong negotiation and closing skills. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed. • Knowledge of recruitment industry trends and best practices. • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Salary range $80k$100k + super + generous commission structure
