Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our client who is a leading accounting & finance recruitment agency in the heart of Sydney CBD. The ideal candidate will be driven, results-oriented, and possess a strong sales and business development acumen. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our client's organization's growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
  • Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing methods, including networking, job boards, and social media
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to job offer negotiation
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine position requirements and offer insight on market trends and candidate availability
  • Drive business development efforts to expand our client base and increase revenue streams
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is preferred

Day-to-day

  • Engage with clients to understand their staffing needs and identify opportunities for recruitment services
  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for open positions
  • Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support each other's success
  • Track and report on key performance indicators to measure recruitment effectiveness and drive improvements
  • Stay updated on industry trends and labor market insights to inform recruitment strategies and client consultations.
