We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our client who is a leading Recruitment Agency in Western Sydney in the heart of Parramatta. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, and identifying top talent to meet our clients' staffing needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing requirements.
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for client roles.
- Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate and present job offers to successful candidates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or business development.
- Strong understanding of candidate sourcing and selection techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets and deadlines.
Day-to-day
- Engaging with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels.
- Conducting interviews and assessments.
- Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure a positive candidate and client experience.
