Job Title: Recruitment Consultant - IT
Job Summary: Our client is a high-growth boutique IT recruitment agency looking for a Recruitment Consultant with a background as an elite athlete to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and placing top talent in the IT industry. You will be working with a team of experienced recruiters to meet client needs and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is competitive, results-driven, and has a proven track record of success both on and off the field.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and place top talent in the IT industry
- Build relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and requirements
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish including resume screening, interviewing, and reference checks
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and ensure all positions are filled in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
- Collaborate with team members to develop and execute successful recruiting strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive advantage
- Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or sales is ideal but not essential.
- Elite athlete background and experience in a competitive team environment
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance metrics and targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively
- Passion for the recruitment industry and a desire to succeed
