Position: Recruitment Consultant - Sustainability and Social Impact
Location: Sydney
Salary: Up to $120,000 base salary + commissions + share options

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and candidates in the sustainability, renewable energy, non-profit, and ESG sectors to understand their unique needs and goals.
- Source, identify, and match top-tier talent with organizations that share our commitment to creating a positive impact on the world.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure alignment between candidate skills and client requirements.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, candidates, and key stakeholders within the sustainability and social impact sectors.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide strategic insights and guidance to clients and candidates.
- Drive business development efforts to expand our network and client base within the purpose-driven sectors.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on sustainability, renewable energy, non-profit, or ESG sectors.
- Passion for making a positive impact and contributing to a sustainable future.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- High level of autonomy and self-motivation, coupled with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with ESG principles and sustainability metrics is a plus.
