As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for a Sales Director to drive our sales strategy and accelerate growth across mid-enterprise clients in various sectors. This is a key leadership role, responsible for growing our client base and achieving sales targets, while working alongside our delivery team to ensure client success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership & Strategy:

    • Drive individual sales pipelines and develop high-growth national accounts across a variety of sectors including construction, hospitality, financial services, healthcare, NFP, engineering, and call centres.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet and exceed targets and sales budgets set by the Head of Sales.
    • Actively seek new business opportunities and sign new terms of business (TOBs) with prospective clients.
    • Deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals to win new clients and grow existing accounts.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Manage both sales and service with prospective and existing accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
    • Proactively engage with key stakeholders to maintain productive relationships with all service departments within the agency.
    • Cross-sell recruitment solutions across various sectors to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration & Motivation:

    • Work closely with the delivery team to motivate and guide them in supporting sales initiatives.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client retention.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales and recruitment consultants, fostering a culture of success and teamwork.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Drive individual sales pipelines, focusing on building a strong client base and maximizing revenue.
  • Identify, target, and grow high-value national accounts in key industries.
  • Achieve sales KPIs and targets set by the Head of Sales.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company growth goals.
  • Proactively manage and nurture productive relationships with both clients and internal teams.
  • Sign new terms of business (TOBs) and increase revenue through cross-selling and upselling.

Key Outcomes:

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with mid-enterprise clients across various industries.
  • Drive profitable growth by strategically identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Enhance the agency’s presence in key sectors through high-impact business development initiatives.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a strategic sales role at a national level, with a focus on solutions and service sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the staffing and recruitment industry, ideally as a 360-recruitment consultant who enjoys business development over delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience as a sales hunter with an extensive network across various industries including construction, hospitality, financial services, healthcare, NFP, engineering, and call centres.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to drive growth and profitability in a competitive marketplace.
  • Motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to work autonomously and within a team.
