As part of our ambitious expansion, we’re looking for a Sales Director to be our first hire in the Philippines. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth consultancy and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business in this region.

Role Overview:
As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and developing strategic partnerships, specifically within the banking and finance industry. Your focus will be on selling IT digital transformation services and systems, leveraging your expertise and network to secure new business.

Once revenue milestones are achieved, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a team, establishing our Philippines division as a major contributor to the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:

    • Identify and acquire new clients within the banking and finance industry, focusing on IT digital transformation solutions.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Partnership Management:

    • Forge and grow strategic partnerships to expand the business reach and enhance value propositions.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the head office team in Vietnam to align on solutions and strategies.
  • Leadership & Team Building:

    • After achieving revenue milestones, recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales and delivery team in the Philippines.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the growing team.
  • Market Expansion:

    • Act as a key player in establishing and growing the company’s presence in the Philippines.
    • Provide market insights and feedback to refine offerings and strategies.

About You:

  • Proven track record in sales, particularly within IT consulting, digital transformation, or related fields.
  • Strong network and experience working with the banking and finance industry.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and drive results.
  • Ambition to build and lead a team, scaling the business in the Philippines.
  • Understanding of the Philippine market and its nuances, especially in the tech consulting space.
  • Experience with direct sales and managing partnerships.
